In order to fulfil the requirements of LEED and WELL certifications the following aspects are taken into account during the mechanical design process:                         

Water efficiency:
- Reduction of water usage of the building with appropriate fixtures and greywater usage
- Separate water metering for subsystems
- Legionella control
- Cooling tower water usage minimized
Energy consumption:
- According to Hungarian regulations 25% of the annual energy consumption will be provided from renewable energy systems
Indoor environmental quality:
- Ventilation rates according to EN 15251 standard
- Appropriate fresh air intake positions and fresh air filtering
- Optional CO2 monitoring
- Separate exhaust systems for bathrooms, kitchens, copy rooms
- Thermal comfort according to applicable standards
- Thermal comfort monitoring
