The reconstruction of the 14.000-seat stadium was designed with the internationally accepted "green" building certification (BREEAM) taken into account. The building will accommodate a museum, dressing rooms, sanitary facilities, VIP sky boxes, canteens, kitchen, restaurant and a pub. Most of the mechanical equipment has been designed to be built on top of the main building. The building is fully air-conditioned, uses grey water from rainwater cistern, and supplies pitch heating. The design was made using BIM/REVIT MEP software.
